Take The First Step - The On A Limb Way
What's something you've always dreamt of doing?
Is it a new activity? Eating new food? Traveling somewhere new?
Think about it for a moment.

Now that you've had some time to think, let's do a quick activity. You'll need a pen and paper and an open mind :)
- Write down what it is you've always wanted to do.
- On the same piece of paper, jot down one reason you haven't done this thing yet. It could be due to financial reasons, fear, not knowing where to do it, etc.
- Now write down 2 things about it that excites you about this thing. This could include that it looks cool, you've heard good things about it, etc.
- Somewhere on this page I want you to write down 3 things that you know about this thing. Could be location, price, thoughts, perceptions, or other.
- Next, write 4 ways that you can access this thing. Could be
- Lastly, take one action that will help lead you to try this thing.
Write an email to a company that offers this activity or person that does this activity a lot, reach out to a restaurant or food influencer on social media, look at flights to that destination.
Just take that first step, simply make one step toward the activity. From now on, take one small step every month/week/day (whatever you have time for) so you can make your dreams a reality.
